MSA 2000 SMU userset requested

i am facing SMU logging problems with MSA 2000 G2 , after logging into SMU the browser shows userset requested and it will not proceed to the Home page of SMU

there was a controller failure 2 months back and we replaced the controller and partner controller also got upgraded to

the new firmware from the replaced controller

Now there is a Harddisk failure , and i am unable to login tho SMU

i used CLI and FTP to upgrade the Firmware M113R11-01 which is the last known update from HP

after Upgrade the partner contoller also got upgraded , i logged in to controller A and i was able to login ,then i got a message to relogin again after that the same userset requested screen which will not allow me log into the SMU homepage

This could be a HW issue. Was this reported to HP Support to log a support case id?

i have now the same issue on two msa fc 2000 g2 .

please update if you have founded the solution . i think it's a mismatch with the new frm provided in the new ctrl but i'm not sure . we are working on it . thks in advance
