Mod 12 current firmware

I'm looking to find the current level of firmware for the Mod 12 controllers, not the 12H. I have been able to find HP25 on HP website, but is that the most current? I have a customer who says that he has HP27. Any advice that you may have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello,
The lastest version of firmware for model 12 is HP27.
The minumum HPUX patch required is,
PHCO_21309 for HPUX 10.X
PHCO_21435 for HPUX 11.0 for proper operation with HP27 firmware.

You can retrieve the raw file to your system from,
ftp://essd.boi.hp.com/firmware/12/C3586AHP27.raw
I'm not so sure that you can get it there but if you want to get that, I can send it to you personally.
