Hi,

we have a P2000 FC running and now we bought a D2700.

So my question is is their any things i have to be carefull with by installing and connecting the D2700?

As i know i have to shutdon the P2000 and connect to the D2700.

I hope it will not destroy my running config and running luns on the p2000

Make sure firmware is current:

DS2700: version 0147

P2000: version TS250P002

Take care about the cabling!

but i have only one P2000 and now the d2700, in your pic they are 2 x D2700.

and how i can update or check the fw version of the d2700? i mean there is no web interface like the p2000

Check the version of the ds once connected.
