    <description>That is what I found, and I am asuuming that means we can use a 4GB SAN switch and 4GB HBA's for the servers but the MSA will always be 2GB?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the quick response.</description>

      <description>We currently are running a MSA1500CS with 2gb SFP's.  I have found the specs for the MSA1500cs but I don't quite understand if they are capable of running at 4gb's or they can use 4gb's SFP's at 2gb speed.  Can anyone clarify this for me?  Thanks.</description>

      <description>Yes, the HP disk enclosures of that moment were 2 Gb. The same happened to the EVAs, EVAs 3000 and 5000, and the first 4000/6000/8000 had the ports at 2 Gb.&lt;BR /&gt;Now they work at 4 Gb.</description>
