    <description>&lt;P&gt;What version of firmware are the controller's running?&amp;nbsp; There was a bug a while back which stopped you from logging in, the only fix was a reboot of the effected control although it could impact both if not used for a while.&amp;nbsp; You'll need to console in and reboot the controllers one at a time.&amp;nbsp; Then make sure your firmware is up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to log in to MSA 2012fc on all interfaces, web, telnet, ssh. Web reporting "&lt;STRONG&gt;Unable to Authenticate Login&lt;/STRONG&gt;", telnet and ssh just abort connection. Disk subsystem works well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I reboot MC if I cannot to log in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS: I haven't Micro-DB9 cable....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;PS: I haven't Micro-DB9 cable....&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Get one, it will help you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can reseat one controller at a time as a last resort but don't you think having Micro-DB9 cable is more better!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
