    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please maybe somebody know how to fix this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What we have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-msa2312sa - dual controller&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-c7000&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-two 3G SAS switches&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-BL460G6\G7 with P700m controllers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-ESXi 5.5u1 (HP Image)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How problem looks like:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It begins from msa events&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2014-07-14 18:11:19 B2644112 Host link down. (port: 2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after the while some (from 1 to 5) hosts show BSOD and some of VMs freeze with 'I DONT SEE ANY DISKS' but some still work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ESXi show what all 4 pathes are alive, MSA show for one of port:&amp;nbsp;Host port health is unknown.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" height="381" src="http://oi59.tinypic.com/25solg2.jpg" width="754" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then i switch off this WrongStatePort in SAS switch - after few seconds port set to OK on MSA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Main problem - then it heppen a lot of VMs stops or work very slow. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All device are updated to last frmware.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Interesting fact - in 4 of 5 times only B controller do this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help to find solution to fix this,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks a lot&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That was my first-of-all operation but it didnt help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As i could see your environment dont include SAS switches and blades so that little bit deferent)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
