Buen dia

Espero me puedan ayudar en español.

He perdio la comunicacion via web con mi Storage MSA2012fc, me puedo conectar via telnet.

He leido en los foros que puedo reiniciar solo el Manager Controller pero quiciera que me den sus experiencias.

Quiero estar 100% seguro que al reiniciar el MC no afecta en los servicios que utilizan ciendo utilizados.

restart sc|mc a|b|both [noprompt]

sc|mc Specifies the controller to restart:
- sc: Storage Controller
- mc: Management Controller

a|b|both Specifies whether to restart controller A, controller B, or both.

As said before, restarting the MCs will not affect the SCs (the storage) in any way. The storage remains online and working.

Maybe you could tell what firmware is running?

From CLI do

> show versions

> show controllers

> show system
