The enclosures are in turn connected to a common 5304 Smart Array adapter. <BR /> <BR />What I want is for the paired drives to be split between enclosures. That is to say: Enclosure 1, Drive 0 paired with Enclosure 2, Drive 0 <BR /> <BR />With this configuration I could, in theory, lose an entire enclosure and still function. <BR /> <BR />Does the controller do this automatically or do I need to force this configuration in some way? <BR /> <BR />Thanks in advance for your help.
