    <description>&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Check and ensure all the disk are healthy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Verify the health of the Enclosures, LED status on the IO modules.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Power cycle the array.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;First the disk enclosures should be powered ON and then the controller enclosure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Then retry to initialize the array.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If issue persist engage support as serial log needs to be analyzed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>HPE EVA P6350 storage issue</title>

      <description>Hi Team, Please assist with the below request. 1) We have HPE EVA P6350 storage with 2 Disk Enclosures. Planning to format completely and create new setup. But we couldn't move forward with the errors. Couldn't delete the old MG and when we create new MG, the certificate is not allowing to move on. Used the Command prompt, but no luck. please help us with the complete format with any steps / documents and create new setup with the hardware. the storage shows uninitialized, when we try to initialize, it shows "No disk available to initialize" in command prompt, we are trying to refresh, it shows "Error: Error storage cell needs to be created to perform this action"</description>
