My HBA H241 can't recognize a D3700 storage.

I have a long time issue related how to connect my D3770 storage with my HBA H241.

I am using HP DL360p Gen8 with HBA H241 which is recognize at HP SSA

But when i connect this HBA with D3700 with 2 SSD & 1 HDD installed but it doesn't show at SSA. (no disk found) so i can't create any RAID at my D3700.

All the LED show at green color.

Please kindly help to solve this issue. regards

Was this a working setup?
You can ensure that the HBA and the enclosure firmware is up to date?
Do you have a Gen9 server to test this HPE H241 Smart Host Bus Adapter?
Check the compatibility on page# 3

Here is the answer in below :
Was this a working setup? --> Yes it is
You can ensure that the HBA and the enclosure firmware is up to date? -->
It is already using firmware version 7.2
Do you have a Gen9 server to test this HPE H241 Smart Host Bus Adapter? -->
Yes I have, i already test at DL380 G9 and DL360 G9 and both can detect my
HBA at HPE SSA but none of SSD or HDD installed at D3700 are detected.
Check the compatibility on page# 3
Both shown a green light at Server and also at D3700 enclosure
Is there any clues for solving this problem?

Please verify that the SSDs or HDDs installed in the D3700 are compatible and supported according to the product quickspecs. If the issue continues, it may be related to the enclosure, such as the drive backplane, cables, or other components.
