HOw do I find the firmware version of the XP512.

Is it possible to find this information from the remote console???

It's shown on the "Disk Array Information" page on Command View (the base page). I'm not sure about the Remote Console software... Do you have Command View?

we do not have command view yet...hence was curios to know is there any other way to find out??

What's your serial number? Do you know your Site ID? I can loko it up for you from here.

As I remember, the Remote Console SW doesn't show the FW rev. anywhere... only CV does that.

You can get the FW rev from the SVP (laptop in the frame), but customers aren't supposed to touch the SVP directly.

As I usually don't monitor this board closely, if you email me the last 5 digits of your serial # and I'll send you your FW revision.

Oh, you can also call Stress Free Central, and they should be able to look it up as well.
