      <description>It's shown on the "Disk Array Information" page on Command View (the base page).  I'm not sure about the Remote Console software...  Do you have Command View?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>As I remember, the Remote Console SW doesn't show the FW rev. anywhere...  only CV does that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can get the FW rev from the SVP (laptop in the frame), but customers aren't supposed to touch the SVP directly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As I usually don't monitor this board closely, if you email me the last 5 digits of your serial # and I'll send you your FW revision.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Oh, you can also call Stress Free Central, and they should be able to look it up as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vince_fleming@hp.com&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
