      <description>Vincent,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  We don't have Command View installed. Thats why I need to know what microcode we have to install the proper version of Command View and Performance Manager.</description>

      <description>I don't think the MC version is available from the Remote Console. It's listed in the SVP (laptop), but you're not supposed to be using that.  If you have the remote monitoring (Continuous Track) going, you can email me your system serial #, I can look up your MC version and email it to you - it's reported back with the status of the system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vince_fleming@hp.com&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
