If you can't get it from here http://support1.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/search.do?pageContextName=firmware: then see if your CE has it on his latest CD bundle.

Check my previous reply (this is in Mar 2002), my feeling is HP16 might not be available for online download still. If that's the case give a call tp HP Support/Service.

Hello,
Usually CE comes on site with firmware to do upgrade. I did mine upgraded to HP16 for VA7400 couple of weeks back but HP responce centre told me that CE has to be there on site to do this task. Call HP and schedule for it.
