    <description>Rene,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That card is soooooo old..  it also looks like it was available only for the European market:  "Ava-2904 and Ava-2904cd are products, which are sold exclusively on the European market."  There are some drivers available for 2000/98/95 and even DOS and windows 3.x..  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&amp;amp;sl=de&amp;amp;u=http://support.adaptec-de.com/support/overview/ava2906.html&amp;amp;prev=/search%3Fq%3DAVA%2B2904%2B%2B%2B%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26ie%3DUTF-8" target="_blank"&gt;http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&amp;amp;sl=de&amp;amp;u=http://support.adaptec-de.com/support/overview/ava2906.html&amp;amp;prev=/search%3Fq%3DAVA%2B2904%2B%2B%2B%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26ie%3DUTF-8&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that card had a BIOS on it (Ctrl-A) on POST and you can see your hdd's in the bios then it is a OS/Driver issue..  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ciao,&lt;BR /&gt;Greg</description>

      <description>OS: WIN98se&lt;BR /&gt;SCSI Controller: Adaptec AVA 2904&lt;BR /&gt;I have the problem that i don't see the drive on my workspace. On the display at the NetServer i see the messege "HP", and all lamps by the three harddisk's shine.&lt;BR /&gt;have anybody ideas about this system?</description>
