    <description>Sometimes, from a previous error condition, the Advisory Lock is not cleared.  The Command View command 'armmgr -b FwDownload' will reset the lock.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Advisory Locks are intended to keep the array from executing two commands simultaneously where the commands were not designed to do so.  Such as two firmware downloads at the same time.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
