Is there any good method that can be applied for tuning the performance of a Compaq RAID controller under Windows NT 4.0.

I went trhough that note but it's rather general.
I'm more looking for a tuning guide under Windows NT 4.0, p.e.x. how to improve performance of a raid controller on a server running SQL server.
Are there any setting in the registry that can improve the speed ?

Not that I'm aware of - check with some of the SQL newsgroups. Sorry, we do hardware support !) We do have a contract group who can do stuff like this - they're available via www.compaq.com/services if you'd like a price quote.
