    <description>This is model 20 Nike SCSI disk array. This led will not turn off until rebuild will be complete. Please check if there are more components in bad state - disks with yellow led, controllers (or simply wait for rebuild to complete). Check GridManager, unsolicited event logs.&lt;BR /&gt;BTW, do you have access to data on disk array?&lt;BR /&gt;In some cases it's good idea to call HP and ask for help.&lt;BR /&gt;Eugeny</description>

      <description>I have an N-class server with an external &lt;BR /&gt;SCSI disk array.  We had a disk go bad and replaced the disk.  How do I get the service light on the front panel of the array to go out?</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you sure you have the service LED on the front panel?  Usually, on the front panel there are the power LED (green) and fault LED (red).  On the rear end, there is the service LED (red) and ready LED (green) on the SPs and power supplies.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Vince</description>

      <description>Got the light to go off by shutting down the N class and then shutting down and restarting the disk array and then rebooting the n-class.  The disk neverstarted a rebuild until this was done.  Thanks to everyone for their assistance!!</description>
