    <description>Hi &lt;BR /&gt; I'm working on windows 2000 server , and I have raid 1 scsi disk controller running two scsi disk each one of them is 18 GB &lt;BR /&gt;I would like to clone the SCSI Disk to an IDE Disk  80 GB ,  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advise on how to perform the cloning .       <description>Abdou,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is the system/boot drive, drag &amp;amp; drop won't work (of course).  For this job, you probably will want to use a product like Norton's "GHOST" or Power Quest's "Drive Copy".  I have used these (long ago), but I never tried going from SCSI to IDE.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You mentioned that your source disks are in a raid 1 (mirrored) configuration.  The only potential snag I can see is whether the image copy software can talk to the source drive through the RAID controller.  My *guess* is that a current version of one of these utilitiies won't have a problem.
