This is what I was looking for;

mount -F cdfs -o cdcase /dev/dsk/c8t3d0 /cdrom

cd /opt

cat /cdrom/fd1.dd | cpio -id
cat /cdrom/fd1.dd | cpio -id
cat /cdrom/fd1.dd | cpio -id

ln -s /opt/HORCM /HORCM

./HORCM/horcminstall.sh

But I do get your point, sometimes every second counts in a high availability enviroment. Straight answers do really help sometimes.
