3200 controller card not found

Hi there, I'm an IT student and I bought a Proliant 3000 6/333, 196MB RAM, 3200 controller card and 5X4.3GB drives basically to play around with and learn from. I up graded the BIOS on the 3200 to V4.5 and now I've lost all my drives. I do not have the SmartStart CD and my instructor says I am stuck without it. I found the SCU and ACU utils but when I try to set up the array, it says 'ACU could not detect any array controllers in the system'. I've been reading here and I cleared the config with DIP #6 and tried again, but with the same results. Anyone have and sugestions?

What slot for the 3200?

Install the Smart Array 3200 Controller in the highest slot number (slot 8) on the Secondary bus.

What model or part number of the 3200?

Thanks for the reply. It is in slot 8 and the board number is 007914-001.
