    <description>If I have a DS2300 can I load the OS on it and boot off of it eliminating the need for internal disk?? I would think so just verifying&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the help</description>

      <description>Yes, it shouldn't be a problem.  The DS2300 is just a JBOD box, if I recall correctly, attached via SCSI.  I have used disks in Jamaica units as boot disks without a problem.  I wouldn't think the DS2300 would be any different.</description>
