Did you use SmartStart CD for windows installation? It install all necessary drivers. Also if it is possible open the boot.ini file and check whether it points to the system drive correctly.

I am trying to install Win2K advanced on a Proliant 6500 with a 3200 smart array. I have 2 drives mirrored. The system boots, finds the array, and begins the install. Upon reboot, I get non-system disk error.
