can anyone point me to a refernce page for fc10 firmware please, I have searched the forum but can find nothing

do you need FC10 LCC firmware (and which version) or need FC10 disk firmwares?

Eugeny, thanks for the response, I have put your question to our salesman who is now ringing his customer to find out what it is he wants. When the salesman comes back to me with a reply I will let you know the answer

Thanks Massimo, the salesman has now told me he wants the latest firmware for the controllers but on your page I could not find anything for fc10

Malvin,

the lastest FC10 LCC firmware *should* be HP10 as far as I know. Also I guess it is not available for download. The LCC fw upgrades I know of at three customer sites have all been done by HP engineers. But if you want, I guess HP will send you a firmware file.

I confirm it. You will NOT be able to download firmware for LCCs. For disks - yes, searching by their inquiry strings (like ST33607LC). You need to call HP and decide how to proceed. If you're ASP then I guess HP engineers can allow you to upgrade firmware by yourself
