I have the following question ?

Can anyone tell me the Data transfer rate/Bandwidth ,Raid Level,Cache memory,Max random I/O per sec max no. of FC port cache memory backup time of the followings?:

xp 48 ,xp 512 xp 128,xp 1024 ,VA 7400,VA 7410,EVA 5000 arrays?
