1200mx Digital Jukebox Error codes.

I work for a company that services these devices through warranty. The origional error was:

OPTICAL DRIVE #1 HAS FAILED MULTIPLE TIMES ON MULTIPLE SURFACES.

Initially we sent a new drive, which did not fix the problem. So, thinking it was possible that a doa drive was shipped another was sent. Which also did not fix the problem. At this point the current parts have been sent and installed with no luck:

C1113-69014 - 9.1GB, 14X optical drive mechanism only // x4
C1107-60032 - HP JUKEBOX POWER SUPPLY BOARD x2
C1107-60033 - AC POWER RECEPTICLE
C1110-60005 - LOWER INTERPOSER BOARD // x2
C1110-60004 - Upper interposer PC board // x2
C1107-66506 - internal power receptical
C1150-60008 - SCSI INTERFACE CARD -- JUKEBOX

A couple explinations about parts ordered, first the origional tech went onsite and 1, dropped a screw into the power supply and fried 2 right off the bat. then we shipped the drives and power supplys, when the tech went bak onsite to install parts, he said they were incorrect and sent them back. They were however the right parts for the power problem and we ended up having to reorder them. Needless to say he was fired.

As of now we are still currently getting the following error message:

The application codes are meaningsless regarding the lib.

Read the codes from the front display or better install LTT and get a support ticket:

... another hint:

inspect the media and clean it if needed!

This could also be a reason for r/w failures.

Sorry it took soo long to get back, been busy this is the error:

The FileNet software shut down drive 6 on Sunday.
I re-enabled the drive this morning and the software used drive 6 to write
two documents.
