Hi all, I recieve error code 10h during start up, drive config error. Tried to use different configuration with replacement drives, but nothing helps, any ideas?

This error means "Invalid drive configuration.".

Did you change the number and/or position of drives?

If not, one of the boards could be bad.

I have had the drives out for cleaning and iam not sure if they are in the same position as before, is this importent?

Hard to remember, this lib is about 10 years old. IMHO the 6 drives should be in the upper 3 slots (2 drives per slot).

Make sure all cables are connected!

You should see a green light on the board next to the cables for each drive.

Well, I take out all drive witout the first 2 ( no matter which drives I take ), the green light is on for both. Jukebox told me ec 10h but in the configuration it says drive 1: good, drive 2: good, drive 3: invalid, drive 4: invalid ( no more entries ). I tried to reset to default but this just said "failed"

Sounds like a open bus (no terminator) or cable not connected.

sorry, terminator was missing. Error 10h again, drive status: drive 1-4: Good...

OK, works fine now, the C1107-66500 was defective. The only problem now is that i only have 128-Slots left, have been 238 before, any idea?

The C1107-66500 - I cannot remember what this is. Maybe the board where the drives are connected?

There is a very little daughter board plugged in - transfer this to the new board (while power is off).

This is the lib controller board ( where drive board and picker are connected ).
Your right, some how the dongle has not been right in place.
