Hi!
I have a question!!
recently, I have installed LTT util to jukebox managment server for juke box drive f/w upgrade.
When I execute LTT , LTT show only two drive nomal.
any help me!

Looks the library is connected to a netraid adapter, not sure if that supports lun mapping. Optical library most of the time are configured using lun mapping.
Do the drives work correctly and is it just LTT behaving odd?.

looks like the system detect the drives but ltt cannot handle them exclusively, probably another aplication is owning these drives.
Try to stop RSM and or your application managing the JBox before to run LTT

May Be This is Juke Box Application problem.
So I have made winpe integrated LTT.
I have booting system with winpe CD.
And f/w upgrade is right.
