      <description>Hi!&lt;BR /&gt;I have a question!!&lt;BR /&gt;recently, I have installed LTT util to jukebox managment server for juke box drive f/w upgrade.&lt;BR /&gt;When I execute LTT , LTT show only two drive nomal.&lt;BR /&gt;any help me! &lt;BR /&gt;I attach screen shot!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Looks the library is connected to a netraid adapter, not sure if that supports lun mapping. Optical library most of the time are configured using lun mapping.&lt;BR /&gt;Do the drives work correctly and is it just LTT behaving odd?.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Arend&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>looks like the system detect the drives but ltt cannot handle them exclusively, probably another aplication is owning these drives.&lt;BR /&gt;Try to stop RSM and or your application managing the JBox before to run LTT</description>
