Make sure that your recorder is powered on and that all cables are properly connected.<BR /> Also, make sure the latest version of the software is installed to ensure you have the latest drivers."<BR /> I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but that did not help. I contacted Roxio and couldn't figure out how to do what they suggested, basially I felt like I was going around in circles.
