Hi, Andy
You have problems with software StorQM, I think.
We had same problems with a Computer Associates Optical Server 1.5 for Win NT :(
We try software QStar HSM (www.qstar.com) its fine!

My company has a HP 660EX Surestore jukebox. We run Microbanks StorQM on it and we use NT 4 as the coupler.

We are having numerous problems with the drives. We are getting, "insert Platter# messages and in response we are constantly having to rescan the platters.

HP support tests the unit and it doesn't see a problem.

Has anyone experienced this in the past and what was done to correct.

Thanks

hi

Has anyone of you used QStar with HPUX 11i. Did you have any problem when adding drives / robot to the kernel. What happen with me is that my kernel got changed with nflocks, semaphores, maxusers, shared memory... strange, anybody has ideas why ?

thank you
