The two major version numbers (1.xx verses 2.xx) determine whether the drive was used in a library intended for HP-UX connect or not. The HP-UX drives had slightly different default configurations, otherwise the firmware was identical. The HP-UX drives used the 2.xx firmware. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The libraries sold for HP-UX connect had a "G" in the product number, such as C1160G.</description>

      <description>Have 2 different 2.6GB MO drives with different firmware revisions.  They are both at the latest according to LTT.  One is revision 1.62 and the other is 2.62.  What is the difference between the 2 (Library vs Standalone?).&lt;BR /&gt;
