    <description>I have a xz295Laptop. It has a dvd/cdrw installed.I want to also install a plextor px-712uf which is an external dvdrw/cdrw as a second unit to get the dvd writer option. My laptop is the usb1.1 and the plextor is 2.0 usb.Is it possible to upgrade ? I do have firewire eeee1394 but the computer and os dosen't want to reconize it. Am I missing something simple. Oh ya win xp home. Thanks for any ideas. doug</description>
