    <description>When I try to access my jukebox using My computer Icon on 2000 advance server, I get en error saying the device is empty but is NOT, all test come up ok but I can not access the optical drive. Can anyone please help me here? RenzoP@Cox.net</description>

      <description>Hello Renzo,&lt;BR /&gt;Am I correct that you are attempting to use "Removeable Storage Service"?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not please explain what you're using under my computer and what's telling you the device is empty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are using RSM I would not expect it to work as this is not one of the supported devices for RSM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One other place to look under Computer Management/devices is drives... see if the drives are present there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, if RSM is enabled I would recommend disabling it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;John</description>
