I've had the same luck with the 7200i. It worked fine for about 10 months. Uninstalled/reinstalled software. Ran scandisk. Closed all TSR's. Called HP. Very understanding. Sent me a new unit after all tests were unsuccessful. New unit worked for about 6 months. Now no longer under warranty. Bought a new computer. 733, 40G, upgraded to 98SE. With limited exceptions, it hasn't worked since.
