    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 8250iplus cd-cdrw, and my computer is not recognizing it at all. It saids,"no support." I went to systems and there's no exclamations and it's only showing one cd drive. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Carolyn&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Was this CDRW drive recently installed?  What model of system do you have?  how is the CDRW hooked up?  what OS are you running?</description>

      <description>Make sure all the cables are connected inside.  I had a brand new HP Pavilion that arrived with the power lead not plugged in on the CD-ROM and the Digital audio cable was non-existant.  They sent out a new cable at my request and things have worked very well with it since.  It may also be that the driver did not come installed, however, I would find that less possible than the cable theory, since they just ghost those images out.</description>
