    <description>attach the output of the following in a txt file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;strings /etc/lvmtab&lt;BR /&gt;ioscan -fnkC disk&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;either you need a scsi/spt driver or firmware update or you have some hardware problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any data loss?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Later,&lt;BR /&gt;Bill.</description>

      <description>I think there's a problem with device c7t1d2 (with alternate path c3t2d2). What's this device - AutoRAID? Could you please attach 'ioscan -fn' output to your next reply? Any more information on system and storage setup?&lt;BR /&gt;Eugeny</description>
