    <description>Only thing I can suggest is the usual.  Shut off antivirus, close as many running programs as you can, turn off the screen saver and power savings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Beyond that, you may want to see if the burner is on its own IDE channel, or if it isn't, that its set to the master.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your source data isn't on the computer's hard drive, try copying it there first.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im having the same problem w/my HP record now w/a similiar error. DOes anyone know how to fix the buffer underrun problem?       <description>Can't tell you what these actually mean especially as I don't use windows but the typical course of action when getting buffer underruns is to increasse RAM (or make sure nothing else is running when you do your burning) and/or select a slower speed for the CD device you are writing too.</description>
