    <description>Steve:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try installing/reinstalling SP6a. If that doesn't do it there are numerous references to this error message in Microsoft's KnowledgeBase, however they all seem to be NT SERVER related.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Oh, disable or uninstall your antivirus software and see if that solves the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck!</description>

      <title>cd-writer 9100</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use NT Workstation 4.0. I recently installed an internal 9100. Before I load any of the HP software or drivers, NT recognizes the CD drive and I can share it out to other NT 4 clients. As soon as I load all the HP software and driver, NT 4 clients can no longer access the 9100 remotely as a shared drive. They receive an error message that the drive "is not accessible. Not enough server storage available to process this command." Any ideas on how to correct this?&lt;/P&gt;
