I used it successfully once and now cannot backup again. The routine goes to the point of saying its now backing up media and the computer locks up. The drive works fine with other software. I've turned all software off, rebooted, used new disks, nothing gets it any further along. I updated simple backup to ver 4.2. Any ideas?
