    <description>Hi there.&lt;BR /&gt;That is the normal way for these media.&lt;BR /&gt;The CD-ROM is read-only anyway, so you cannot open them read/write.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HELP!! When I transfer files to a CD-R or a CD-RW the file attributes are changed to read-only and I can't access them. I purchased this unit for use with Quickbooks and Quicken files. I have tried to change the attributes via windows explorer and my computer but to no avail. Can anyone help??&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Once you copy the files onto hard disc you will be able to change the attributes.</description>
