Yet whenever I try and run the HP simple backup program, after the disc format, I get the error message "Buffer underrun....you must reboot".<BR /><BR />I've tried following all the guidelines i.e. ensuring there are no other app's running, switched off powersaving, disabled Norton Anti Virus auto protect. I even downloaded and installed the Roxio DircetCD update from<BR />3.01 to 3.05.
