ez cd creater can't find my burner and I can't find any info on HP CD-writter PLUS (CED-8083B)
I'm new to computing and really don't understand a lot about it. Burner was working fine. I'm unable to copy or save anything now

download the latest drivers. that usually fixes most peoples problems. since you're not very specific there's not much more i can say.

Was EZCD working before?

Maybe the ASPI layers are corrupted. Try reinstalling EZCD.

When I try to burn a data disk I get "file name 'WNASP,32.DLL could not be found" and if I try to copy a CD I get "CD copier could not locate a supported CD-ROM reader". This program was on my HP when I bought it new a little over a year ago and was working fine.I don't have any way to reload it.Should I just buy a new one and if so which one would be best? Thanks for any info.

I have a hp cd16 cdrw and have the same problem....(windows XP}

The only burning program it will work on is MusicMatch jukebox......it works great with MM.
