GSP Test LED Blinking

I have a problem with GSP test LED in the Core IO board in the N-Class server.The particular LED is in Blincking state.

Please let me know what is the cause for this and how to overcome from this issue.
I was carrying out some testing on serial port to be configured with Host Security Module,

I believe that you're referring to the 'self test' LED and when yellow this indicates a POST failure. Post = Power On Self Test. So I'd say it time to put in a service call about it.

No this is not Self test.This LED is locate in the Core IO board.There are two more LEDs,GSP Power etc.
The particular GSP test LED blinks in RED.

I don't get any console out even.If I reset the GSP will this can be solved.
Will GSP reset reboot the system or only the GSP.Because this is a production server.

you can reset the GSP w/out having to drop the box - on an N class - should be a little button - push and hold for a few seconds, should reset the GSP. There is also a command line way:
# stty +resetGSP
