https://community.hpe.com/t5/optical-jukeboxes-and-drives/cd-rom-dirve/m-p/3080459#M4436 <P>My CD Rom/DVD drive has decided that it doesn'y want to read data from CDs that I put in the drive.<BR /><BR />However, if I put a CD in the drive and shut down the computer, then rstart it with the CD in the drive, when Windows XP starts up again, the data can be read. If I try to change the CD, it hapens all over again.
