      <title>mid range jukebox problem</title>

      <description>My jukebox cannot initialize----let me give a description of how it behaves. When powered on, the picker strikes the base frame twice in an attempt to turn but will later rise a little, then the picker turns. After this, it makes a vertical movement and descend with two bangs at the floor of the box.It then stops with a 'Device failed" message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I noticed that if I manually support the carriage after the second bang on the floor, it'll rise vertically and a message of ready will display.</description>
