    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are at the front panel you can press ENTER when you get the ERROR 3FH, this will give you an FRU list &amp;amp; some micromove errors, generally the last micromove is the one that failed the jukebox, also the 1st FRU should indicate if there is a problem with a particular part in the Jukebox.Also M&lt;BR /&gt;make sure that there are no disks impeding the pickers path etc &amp;amp; see if you can spot any obvious problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Aidan</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The error 3FH indicates that there is a PUT CARTRIDGE IN FAILED or a MAILSLOT GET OUT ACCEPT error. I would again check that all disks are completely inserted into the slots &amp;amp; that the mailslot is not jammed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Aidan</description>
