    <description>Nsikan,&lt;BR /&gt;I know nothing at all about OpenVMS, so I cannot give any hint about OS. However, you can get for free a very useful tool for troubleshoot your library and much more: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://makeashorterlink.com/?X2A83380A" target="_blank"&gt;http://makeashorterlink.com/?X2A83380A&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Install it, check your library and generate a LTT support ticket. Feel free to post the ticket here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There could be several reasons for your problem: your SCSI ctrl, your SCSI cable and/or terminator, the library controller too. A check of OS logs and LTT ticket will be interesting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope it helps&lt;BR /&gt;Claudio</description>
