    <description>Hi All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have an MSL 6060 with 2 Ultrium2 drives connected trough NSR E1200.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;I've got this error message:&lt;BR /&gt;"Fault code 8003"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anybody a fault code description, or any experience with this error message?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Levente</description>

      <description>fault code 8003 mean:  Drive load did not complete&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;recommanded action are:&lt;BR /&gt;- Cycle power to the library using the Power option on the GUI touch screen. Wait 30 seconds to power up again. &lt;BR /&gt;- Turn off power to the library and inspect connectors and cables. &lt;BR /&gt;-call technical support&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>If the error is constant, you may try to swapp your two drive and see if the error follow the drive, it may be defective.&lt;BR /&gt;It may be also that the problem is caused by cabling error, analysing the NSR traces and logs may give you some indication of scsi hardware error during communication.&lt;BR /&gt;Be also sure that you do not have reservation conflicts comming from the san; as usual RSM, and Insight agents (windows environment) and OV-SAM on HPUX should be stopped</description>

      <description>Thanks Marino,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is a separate zone for the host and the NSR, no error logs in NSR, and the error appears - sometimes, not allways - from a Novell Netware 6.5 during full backup (DP 5.1)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;L.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
