Sascha,

I apologise that I do not speak German.

It looks like you have a faulty tape, which has been marked by the software as a poor quality tape and has asked you for a new one, or another one in your pool. This can also be caused by a glitch on your tape drive.
Clean the tape drive and if it repeats tonight, it may be worth getting in HP to replace the drive.

Regards,

JASH
Sascha,

Because it is quite random, not every night, this definitely looks like a combination of things. Dirty tape drive, tapes getting old and tired, damaged tapes from dirty drive, a problem with the cable from the server to the drive or the firmware for the server and tape drive not up to date.

If all the above are A-OK then the only thing left is that the drive is having occassional problems and does need replacing.

I hope this helps, but I cannot think of anything else.

Good Luck.

Viel Glueck.

JASH
