default block size problems, please help

hi,

i have an autoloader 1/8 with LTO2 drive and for some reason the default block size has changed from 65k down to 32k.. as reported in windows device manager.

This has caused my backups and restores to fail as all the tapes are formatted with 65k block size.

I have rebooted and updated drivers and I cant get it to go back to 65k default. I really need some help here

probably it is 64K and not 65K

no its 32k now and I dont know how to get it back to 64k

the block size is controlled by the backup application, there you should check how to change the block size.
