TZ89 ASC/ASCQ error code list

Does someone have a list of the ASC and ASCQ SCSI sense codes for the DEC TZ89 tape drive? If so, could you post it, or a link to it, please?

Or, does someone know what ASC/Q sense code 1180 means for the TZ89? Here's an example:

ASC & ASCQ x1180
ASC = x0011
ASCQ = x0080
Device Vendor Specific ASC/ASCQ unrecognized.

it seems to be an unrecoverable error, maybe a problem with the medium.

According to the help file in the attachment, 1180 indicates an unrecoverable read error on some sort of a rewritable optical disk. While the file does not indicate that this error code is appropriate for a tape drive, the fact that it starts with 11xx suggests that this truly is a unrecoverable read error.

And, the error occurs on various tape cartridges, so I'm going to go with a problem with the tape drive.
